Beginner Series:  this series is the best way to explore the fundamentals of yoga. Learn the basic yoga postures, proper alignment, breathing techniques, and meditation. Perfect for beginners, as well as, people with specific limitations and more experienced students who enjoy a slower paced class. Begin any Tues or Wed night for 4 consecutive weeks.
Soft Flow/Beginner:a gentle yoga, that flows softly from one pose to the next focusing on Pranayama (Breathing Techniques), Pratapana (Warm-up), Asana (Postures), and Shavasana (Relaxation).   
All Levels Yoga this class is based on the principles of Hatha Yoga and is perfect for all levels.  Teacher is sensitive to newcomers, as well as, the seasoned yoga practioner.
Vinyasa Yoga:this class is a series of flowing postures, linked by the breath.  It will detoxify, stretch & strengthen the body, as well as build life force energy.
Yin Yoga:is the practice of holding seated postures for 3 to 5 minutes to gently release and stretch the soft-connective tissues in the body-great for a deep release and also for those with chronic pain. 
Power Yoga:this class is appropriate for those who have a strong Vinyasa practice.  We will use breath & bandhas to take our practice to the next level.  
Pilates: a strong core-based movement class
Yogalates:  yoga combined with pilates
Private Yoga Lesson: - One Hour Lesson: Working one-on-one with a yoga teacher can be one of the most beneficial ways to begin or deepen a yoga practice. In an individual lesson the teacher can more specifically address the goals and needs of the student. Whether you are working on a particular set of asanas (poses), weight management, managing an injury, or addressing an imbalance, we can assist you in the direction of health, wellness and strengthening your Yoga practice. Private Yoga lessons are also extremely therapeutic for people with chronic pain, back pain, fibromyalgia, RSD, and depression. 
Private Reiki Session: this is an ancient energy healing technique.  which promote stress reduction, relaxation and healing. Sessions start at 45 minute increments.
Teen Yoga: this special class for teens.  Have fun while gaining  strength, flexibility, and learn to practice relaxation techniques to cope with stress of teen years.  Yoga for teens can help with self-esteem and self-confidence. 
Kids 3 Week Series:  kids will have fun while exploring yoga postures and yoga games
Tots & Me 3 Week Series: this special series is for infants to toddlers and their caregivers.
